About me as your teacher and guide into the otherworld
I am a shaman and spiritual coach trained in shamanic techniques between 2020–2022. Since then, I have taught these simple yet powerful methods to more than fifty students by now, and guided several hundred clients through shamanic healing sessions.
My work is rooted in daily connection with my own guides, who support the creation and flow of this course so that it meets you exactly where you are.
Course structure
The course consists of four 1.5‑hour sessions, held either in my studio in Uppsala or online. You schedule your sessions at times that suit you.
We speak Swedish or English – let me know what you prefer.
You can use wellness allowance (friskvård) to finance the course, as you will learn practical self‑healing techniques.
Each session includes:
Teaching, practice, and ceremonial work
A guided drum journey
Home practices between sessions
Support between sessions via Telegram

Pay in full: 5500 SEK (incl. VAT)
Pay monthly: 2000 SEK/month for 3 months (incl. VAT)
Why I think this course is important
Often, shamanism is portrayed as something complicated and highly advanced to learn. It is said to take many years, cost a lot of money, and require major sacrifices and lifestyle changes. But then I found a course with the shaman Alberto Villoldo and was inspired by his accessible and welcoming approach. It aligns with my own philosophy: that developed spiritual abilities and knowledge are something everyone should be able to enjoy. You don’t need to change your entire life or possess any special talents.
After that insight a few years ago, I began teaching shamanic practices to my coaching clients — with very beautiful results.
You can compare this to learning a musical instrument. Sure, you can aim to get into a conservatory, but you can also learn to play simply for your own pleasure, to enrich your life and open your creativity. That is also music. Traditional shamanic trainings are a bit like the conservatory — which is wonderful, because it creates skilled and knowledgeable teachers. But it’s not the right path for everyone. That’s why I created this gentle foundational course for anyone who wants more magic in their life and wishes to explore this work in a safe and joyful way.
