- Private 1:1 sessions, 6o minutes long (4 in the activation month, 9 in the 3 month program, 18 in the 6 month program, 36 in the 12 month program). These can be carried out remotely or in my studio.

For some, this is enough to then continue exploring the spiritual on their own, and for others who want to really go deep and far – the 1:1 coaching in 3, 6 or 12 months is the given next step.

- 4 × 60‑minute sessions
- Homework and practices between sessions
- Support via Telegram throughout the month
- Reiki 1 or 2 (depending on your prior knowledge) activation (worth 2800/3800 SEK)
- Introduction to Shamanic journeying to meet your own spirit guides
- A noticeable shift in energy, clarity and direction
This is the spark – a beginning of a new chapter.
Investment: 5500 sek. You can use your Swedish wellness money (friskvårdsbidrag) from your employer to finance it. It is also possible to split pay for 5 months.

This is the becoming. I hold you through this journey that are both exciting and challenging. I have guided +40 clients through this and seen amazing results. More spirituality, clear guidance, long wished for life changes in work and relationships as well as feeling comfortable in your home, your clothes and yourself.
