1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Ellen Maria Cárdenas, hereafter referred to as the Company.
By purchasing a coaching program, healing or coaching session, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the Services

Healing and spiritual coaching are complementary methods for personal and spiritual growth. They do not replace medical care, psychological treatment, or professional counseling.
You remain fully responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and results during and after the sessions.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made via www.ellenmariacardenas.com or the booking link provided. Payment is required at the time of booking or upon sign-up for a coaching program and according to the instructions provided by the Company.
Once payment or sign-up is made, the booking is considered binding.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling of single coaching/healing sessions must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances at the Company’s discretion.

5. Duration

The 6 month coaching with 18 sessions must be completed within 8 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining sessions cannot be booked after this time.

The 1 month coaching with 4 sessions must be completed within 2 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining sessions cannot be booked after this time.

5. Distance Sessions

For remote sessions conducted via phone, video call, or other digital platforms, the client is responsible for having a stable internet connection and functioning equipment.
No refunds are given for technical issues on the client’s side.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is treated with complete confidentiality and respect.
No information will be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law; ie. where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information..

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.
Healing and coaching are individual processes that depend on your openness, willingness, and personal development.
The Company is not responsible for any indirect damages or consequences arising from the sessions.

8. Right of Withdrawal (for online purchases)

For single sessions purchased online, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with EU consumer law, provided that the service has not yet been delivered.
By booking a session within these 14 days, you consent to the service being provided immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the session has taken place.

9. Prior History

The client also agrees to disclose details of the past or present psychological or psychiatric treatment. In entering into the coaching relationship, and signing the agreement, you are agreeing that if any mental health difficulties arise during the course of the coaching relationship, you will notify me immediately so that I can discuss with you appropriate steps and if any additional referrals are needed.

10. Termination

Coaching will continue for the duration of the contracted period. Only under extenuating circumstances can our coaching agreement be postponed up to 6 months of the said agreement. All agreements are final and non-refundable.

11. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including illness, technical issues, natural disasters, or similar events.
