This is how it works
Each month we focus on a theme connected to your inner expansion – your own Heroine’s Journey. You will learn new spiritual tools and techniques, deepenings in meditation and conscious presence.
The sessions take place via Google Meet and you get access to all the material in a portal.
Between the sessions there is our community where you can get support, ask questions and share your insights.
You have lifetime access to the material, so you can continue to use it even after the program ends.

Do I need to have experience in healing or meditation?
No, all you need is an openness to exploring yourself and your energy.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded so you can watch them when you want to.
Do I get private coaching from you?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive personal reflection during our group sessions. In addition, you will have your own 1:1 session with me at the beginning (our kick-off) and another during your first 6 months. If you would like more individual time beyond this, there is the option to add more 1:1 coaching, but it is not included.
When does it start?
It’s open year-round — you can start whenever it suits you, and go at your own pace.
