These are my upcoming courses and events, some of them in Swedish and some in English. I offer Reiki courses on all levels twice a year, and special events like master classes, drum journeys and group healing throughout the year. Welcome!

En mysig och trygg kväll där vi reser ett par gånger (ca 20 min/gång) och tar oss en titt in i “the otherworld”. Där möter vi växter, djur, faery och andliga guider och får vägledning, insikter och healing. Vi börjar med en introduktion av vad en trumresa är och hur det går till. Du är fullt vaken under hela resan och har alltid kontrollen.

Reiki 1 beginner's course
This is the course for those of you who are curious about Reiki healing and want to take the first steps to learning this simple and fine healing art.
Reiki step 1 (Shoden in Japanese – Reiki comes from Japan) aims to activate the Reiki energy in you so that you can use it in your life. You don’t need to have any particular plan with Reiki, just a willingness to try and see where the path leads.
Reiki 1 is excellent for de-stressing, reducing rushing thoughts, getting rid of pain in the body, lowering blood pressure, sleeping better and not least finding yourself back. Many people testify that they feel happier, lighter and freer by giving themselves Reiki,

I have been a Reiki teacher since 2018 and trained many new healers, I have also been hired by Uppsala municipality to give Reiki to employees. All sorts of people come to me for Reiki healing, shamanic healing and spiritual coaching. If you get hooked on Reiki, you can continue on step 2 (Okuden) and step 3 (Shinpiden) with me.
