Over six months, we’ll journey together through profound healing, spiritual growth, and life-changing practices that will prepare you to embody your truest, brightest self.
This includes profound mindfulness practices, healing trauma with gentle and safe techniques, activating your own energy healing ability and strenghtening your connection to spirit.
Perhaps you have already been in my 1 month Intensive program, where your have activaded your healing abilities and started to shift from living life ordinary to living aware of energies, magic and synchronicities. Then this program is the perfect next step, where you can deepen your healing & growing as a soul and confidently use these skills in all areas of your life.
Or – this might be your starting point. You have had enough of living without your soul fully onboard, are done with just fitting in and sense that the way forward to a life of true wellness means invitining in all of you, including your spiritual self.

Through this program, you will:

How it works:
This program is designed to fit seamlessly into your life while providing a personalized and deeply transformative experience.
- 18 one-on-one sessions: You book your sessions at times that work best for you, either online or in person if you prefer coming to my studio in Uppsala, Sweden.
- Pre-session forms: Before each session, you’ll fill out a form to reflect on your progress and current needs, ensuring we make the most of our time together.
- Ongoing support: Between sessions, you’ll have access to my support and support via Telegram. Whether you have questions, need encouragement, or want to share insights, I’ll be here for you.
- The program shall be concluded within max 8 months.
